Guild Ranks

So I have never figured out our system of guild ranks. Some are unique, some aren't, and I have NO idea which is which. Can someone who knows post a list of ranks, high to low? Imp and Pub?

Picking up on where Ammi has started, I think we also need to have segregated forums that address Raid plans, Class & Modification guides, Guides and Ethics, Roles and a whole bunch of stuff that we need to have a semblance of order in the guild. Sure, we can keep it casual, but i think at least we need those so that any new gamers can pick up easily of what we know by heart, sort of thing?
